Job Title: Sous Chef

Salary: £41,000 (Including service charge)

Location: Cotswold

We are seeking a Sous Chef to become an integral part of a multi-rosette kitchen, nestled within a picturesque boutique hotel in the Cotswolds. The Sous Chef will have the opportunity to work in a newly refurbished kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. There is an emphasis on using locally sourced, fresh ingredients—including produce harvested from their garden. The Sous Chef has the option of affordable private on-site accommodation, providing a retreat int he Cotswold.  This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to develop their career within a multi-Rosette service.

The successful candidate

  • The Sous Chef will have experience within a multi-rosette environment.
  • Confident in leading in the kitchen and driving the team forward.
  • Confident in ordering stock, working with local suppliers.
