The Gainsborough Bath Spa was originally built in the 1800s, the hotel occupies two Grade II Listed buildings with distinguished Georgian and Victorian faades in the heart of the World Heritage Site. The Role of a Senior Sous Chef
You will join a brigade who are committed to serving beautiful food to our customers. Within an organisation that is focussed on quality and forging exceptional experiences for our customers. We are looking for someone who loves food and takes pride in their craft, inspiring others to progress in their careers.
You must be able to lead by example and run the kitchen in the chefs absence to ensure our guests always have a consistent journey. You will be confident working in a busy kitchen and experienced in producing food of a high quality.
This will be a challenging role that will help to hone your managerial qualities whilst still giving you plenty of time for cooking. 28 days holiday rising to 33 with length of service. (Including bank holidays)

The Gainsborough Bath Spa is one of six hotels and properties operated by YTL Hotels in the UK.
Only those eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit/visa will be considered for the above position.
