Teaching Personnel are working closing with Primary Schools in the Lincoln area & we are looking for an encouraging, open-minded & positive person – with the confidence to enter any classroom & assist in any required task, without hesitation.

 

About The Role

The demand for Teaching Assistants in all lower key stage classes is at an all-time high, so most days will vary depending on the placement. The majority of your working days will be pre-booked, but you may be required to be on standby for some morning bookings between 7am and 9am.

 

Candidate Duties

  • Carry out administrative duties, such as preparing classroom resources
  • Ideally have experience in KS1
  • Support the teacher in managing challenging pupil behaviour & promote positive behaviour
  • Support the Social & Emotional development of pupils, reporting any issues when required
  • Help with the planning of some lessons

 

Salary & Working Hours

The rate of pay will depend on experience, but Teaching Personnel can guarantee a price match against any other agency – ensuring your trust in us representing you, stays at an all-time high

 

Full time hours (Minimum 8.30am – 3.30pm)

Extra hours may be required for staff meetings, inspections, and parent consultations.
