Who we are

The role includes:
Having oversight of support packages including reviewing care plans and outcomes for the people we support Supporting the development of the staff team, including conducting supervisions and appraisals, ensuring staff have access to suitable learning and development opportunities and presenting self as a role model/mentor Assisting with the smooth running and day to day operations of the serviceThis advert is for a full-time position 40 Hours. The salary for this position is £22,972 per annum
Your working pattern in this role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families, and will include evening and weekend working.
Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is Essential

Your working pattern in this role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families, and will include evening and weekend working.
We need you to be: Resilient, supportive and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people. Suitable candidates will have experience of management and/or shift leading within a social care setting. Being a Senior Support Worker takes leadership skills, patience and commitment. But working with autistic people gives so much more in return.
To protect our autistic adults, all staff are required to have a criminal background check. Possession of an Enhanced DBS Check either on the Update Service or conducted within the last 12 months would be preferable but not essential.
