This is a fast-paced role where you will work on delivering administration tasks to a very high standard. You will have excellent attention to detail and work with the highest level of integrity. Who you will be working with:
Whether you're a career switcher, a recent school leaver, or someone ready for a new challenge, we are looking for enthusiastic and curious individuals. We want someone who is not afraid to ask questions and is eager to learn the ropes of Sales administration. You'll be a vital member of a team of 5, shadowing an experienced Sales Administrator and reporting directly to the Sales Support Manager.
As a Sales Apprentice, you will be working closely with the Sales Support Manager, taking ownership of the administration of all aspects of Volvo Bus. You will be joining a hardworking and busy team who enjoys meeting targets and having fun at the same time. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming, always ready to lend their knowledge.
Aside from the team, you will also be working with various stakeholders such as:
Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts, capture market insights, and provide vital sales support.Body Builders: Engage and foster relationships with external bodybuilders, shipping lines, export, and customs.Aftermarket Team: Work alongside the aftermarket team to ensure a seamless customer experience and support post-sales activities.By working closely with these stakeholders, you will play a vital role in supporting the wider business.
The Role:
The timely ordering of chassis to the correct specification using the order administration systemEnsuring chassis deliveries/bodybuilder programmes are synchronized to meet customer requirementsLiaising with customs agents and logistics teams to coordinate the import and export of vehiclesLiaising with customers and finance companies to arrange new and used vehicle invoicingEnsuring customers are invoiced according to agreed contractual termsSupporting in the administration and payment of bodybuilder invoices according to agreed termsVehicle tax and registrationIssuing Purchase Orders for the businessProviding timely and accurate support to the Sales teamJoin the Volvo Group today and be part of a leading global organisation If you know someone who would excel in the Sales Apprentice position at Warwick, we encourage you to refer them or share this opportunity with them
