Retail Performance Account Manager
As the Retail Performance Account Manager, you will lead the day-to-day output across the Retail side of the Halfords account.
You will confidently take objectives and quantify briefs to create achievable media deliverables. You will work with the wider client team, channel specialists and Auto-services counterpart to ensure all performance campaigns are aligned with broader communications channels and are of a consistently high standard.
The successful candidate will likely have been in the industry – with digital performance experience.
They will have experience working across key digital performance channels (Paid Search, SEO, Programmatic Display & Paid Social) and exposure to ATL performance channels (OOH, and Audio). Familiarity and fluency in media reporting and planning tools is a must, and while not a requirement, experience in media buying tools would be beneficial.
They will have demonstrated experience in evaluating the performance of digital channels against client targets, communicating performance updates and making actionable recommendations to clients and specialist teams.
This role is critical to the day-to-day delivery of effective media campaigns, with the Retail Performance Account Manager serving as the critical link between strategic media planning and effective media buying and delivery. As such communication skills are critical in this role. Their naturally collaborative approach is likely to drive both effective working patterns internally, and a good profile with media owner partners and clients alike.
Previous experience in Retail (in store and E-commerce) is preferred.
