Thesuccessful candidate will oversee and maintain the care ofResidents within the Care Home and ensure that all Company policiesand procedures and all legal requirements are adheredto.


Your dutiesas a Home Manager willinclude:

Assessing planning implementing and evaluating individual careplans for service users and assist care staff in theirresponsibilities.
Ensuring all documentation is completed and evaluated as requiredby the care home in a timely manner and in accordance with thestandards set by the NMC.
Ensuring all Staff Members contribute tothe best of their ability to the efficient running of the Care Homeand to the creation of an atmosphere conducive to the bestinterests of Residents.
Interacting with Residents to ensure thattheir health care needs are being met and resolve any problemswhere appropriate.
Ordering receiving storing administeringor supporting to selfadminister and dispose of medication inaccordance with the policyand.
Practising maximum integrity in all dealings with Residentspersonal and financial affairs and avoid abuse of the privilegedrelationship that exists withResidents
Ensuring the Care Home operates inaccordance with all statutory regulatory and contractualobligations.
Implementing and initiating inductiontraining for all StaffMembers.
Being On Call for advice/action in anyemergencies which may arise out ofhours.
Adhering to and assist with theimplementation of all HR policies &procedures.
Liaising with external professionals

Overall responsibility for the running of thehome.
