Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes, problem-solving abilities, and experience in designing CNC programs using CADCAM are highly valued. You should also have the ability to train and support operations staff, develop training manuals and work instructions, and maintain elements within the Manufacturing Bill of Materials.

You will be part of a supportive team that encourages professional growth and development. The role offers competitive compensation and benefits, including a contributory pension scheme, an Early Friday Finish, life assurance, 33 days of annual leave (pro rata), subsidised gym membership, and a subsidised canteen. Additionally, you will benefit from a first-class Career Development Scheme and continued professional development, all within a flexible working schedule.
