Trainer Coach Management

The Work Based Learning team is expanding and as a result we have a position for a Trainer Coach in management, business, and human resource to help us deliver our ambitious curriculum. We are looking for a suitably qualified assessor to join us to deliver management, business, and human resource apprenticeships.
We would welcome applications from occupationally competent staff that have a proven record and experience of supporting apprenticeship standards in the management, business and human resource sector. The successful applicant will possess relevant vocational experience and an assessing qualification. However, we are willing to support the successful applicant with training and qualifications if necessary.
Main Duties of the Role:
Your role will be to deliver an ambitious curriculum to all by working flexibly and efficiently to maintain the highest professional standards in the delivery of management, business, and human resource apprenticeship programmes, including the associated organisational, coordination and administrative responsibility.
Essential Requirement:
- Appropriate degree or equivalent vocational qualification at Level 3 or above in their area of expertise.
- A1 or Assessors TAQA Award or equivalent or willing to work towards
- Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy qualifications or willing to work towards.
- An introductory Level 3 Teaching Qualification or willing to work towards
- Up to date vocational competence in area of expertise
