We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to fill a hybrid role as an Engineering Lecturer and Trainer Coach at our institution. This full-time position involves working as a lecturer in engineering for part of the time, and as a trainer coach in the workplace for the remainder.
Main Responsibilities:
Your role will be to deliver an ambitious curriculum to all by working flexibly and efficiently to maintain the highest professional standards in the delivery of Engineering programs and carrying out work-based assessment, including the associated organizational, coordination, and administrative responsibility.
Essential Requirements:
- Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy
- Appropriate Level 3 in a subject relating to Engineering
- A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards (Cert Ed/PGCE/DTLLS)
- A TAQA Award or equivalent
