Electrical Fitter Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Fitter to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking Electrical Fitting, Maintenance and Testing responsibilities on a range of Diesel Pumps and Diesel Engines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Working on Electrical systems in the company workshop
* Fault find, diagnosis and repair on a range of electrical equipment concerning Pumps, Valves and Engines
* Service and maintenance work on 3 phase power systems
* Disassembly and refitting of electrical components
* Fitting and testing of electrical components

Requirements:

* Ideally qualified to HNC level in Electrical Engineering
* 18th Edition wiring regulations\* Experience fitting a range of Electrical components to Engines, Pumps and / or Plant equipment
* Time served apprenticeship would be advantageous
* Full driving licence
* Based within a commutable distance of Peterlee

Remuneration:

* £16.39 per hour
* Full time, 39-hour week
* Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 16:30 Friday 8:00 - 15:30
* Overtime Available
* 33 Days holiday including public holidays
* Pension
