Key Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators
  •  Lead audit planning and conduct risk assessments in line with audit requirements. 
  • Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO27001, Health and Safety and funding body/ Prime provider requirements to minimise risk.
  • Preparing accurate Management data to support all Processes on Programme
  • Provide support in management meetings.
  • Train staff to improve quality and audit measures.
  • Coordinate 2 x part time staff members.
Key Performance Indicators

  • Undertake audits and collate evidence of audit. Identifying and reporting aspects of non-conformity. 
  • Review processes and aspects of documented evidence. Support audit plans. Audit files to ensure compliance with funding claims in line the Acorn Training Quality Management System. 
  • Support with the administration of policies and procedures to improve the business, including business continuity plans, continuity testing and reviews. 
  • Provide excellent administrative skills ensuring management minutes are completed accurately and timely. 
  • Maintain and update the standards and accreditation quality improvement plan 
  • Ensure that policies with regards to Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection are adhered to 
  • Maintain a positive and professional company image at all times 
  • Support the company’s equality of opportunity statement at all times 
  • Work safely, supporting the company Health and Safety Policy
  • Support the company Quality Policy and Information Security priorities 
  • Perform any additional requests in line with the key responsibilities of this role

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Qualifications and specific training
  •  GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics 
  • Level 2 IT qualification  
Experience       
  • Providing accurate date to support in driving performance
Knowledge
  • Knowledge of quality frameworks 
  • Knowledge of funding body requirements for audit and compliance
