  5. Configure UIPath automationworkflows including process mapping screen scraping datamanipulation and integration with external systems and APIs toautomate manual repetitive tasks.
  6. Develop andexecute test plans and test cases to validate the functionality andreliability of RPA solutions ensuring alignment with businessrequirements and user expectations.
  7. Facilitatechange management activities including stakeholder communicationtraining and user adoption strategies to ensure successfulimplementation and adoption of RPA solutions.
  8. Create comprehensive documentation including businessprocess documentation functional specifications and user manuals tosupport the implementation and maintenance of RPAsolutions.
  9. Identify opportunities for processoptimization and automation enhancements collaborating withstakeholders to prioritize and implement changes that drivecontinuous improvement and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation / Experience / Background Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration Information Technology or related field from anaccredited institution. 5 years ofexperience as a Business Analyst with a focus on process automationand RPA Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Strongunderstanding of business process analysis requirements gatheringand solution design methodologies. Proficiency in UIPath Studio including experience with processmapping workflow design and automation configuration. Experience with RPA implementation methodologiesincluding process assessment solution design development testingand deployment. Experience withestablishing an RPA Governance process including intake assessmentand identification of use cases. Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to understandcomplex business processes and identify automationopportunities. Strong communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith crossfunctional teams and stakeholders. Required Certification / Licenses / Training UIPath certification(s) such asUIPath Certified Business Analyst is preferred.
