  • This position will start in June 2024 and is a full-time role.
  • The pay for this position ranges from £420 to £450 per week.

Your role holds significant responsibility, working closely with students who have diverse educational needs. A comprehensive understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) is crucial as you provide tailored support to individuals or small groups.

Requirements:

  • A recent Psychology Graduate, enthusiastic about pursuing a career in education.
  • Willingness to undergo a fully enhanced DBS check and provide two employment references.

  • Assisting students with their Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs).
  • Fostering meaningful connections with students to facilitate their growth.
  • Tracking student progress and offering constructive feedback to students, teachers, and parents.
  • Adhering to safeguarding protocols and adeptly managing any arising situations.
