  • This role commences in June 2024 and is a full-time position.
  • The salary for this role ranges from £420 to £450 per week.

Your responsibilities are significant, involving close interaction with students with various educational requirements. A strong grasp of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) is essential as you deliver tailored assistance to individuals or small groups.

Requirements:

  • A recent Psychology Graduate motivated to pursue a career in the field of education.
  • Willingness to complete a thorough enhanced DBS check and furnish two professional references.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with their Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs).
  • Building meaningful relationships with students to aid in their development.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback to students, educators, and families.
  • Following safeguarding procedures meticulously and effectively handling any arising situations.
