Seeking an Experienced and Tech Savvy Administrative Assistant for a Holistic Wellness Provider and nbsp;


Are you a highly organized and creative individual with a passion for nutrition, skin health, and holistic wellness?

Our wellness company, led by a qualified Nutritional Therapist and yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience, is expanding its team and looking for a Virtual Assistant to join the journey of empowering women to understand their bodies and provide the care they deserve.


The ideal candidate should have exceptional spoken and written English proficiency and good interpersonal and intrapersonal communication skills. You will use your communication mastery to support business operations, marketing, and administrative tasks.

This role calls for a candidate who enjoys collaboration with small business owners, values meeting deadlines, and is assertive. Proactivity is strongly encouraged.


We are looking for the right person looking for long term engagement.


Candidates should have a minimum of three years working as a freelance administrative assistant with email marketing and social media experience.

Basic website skills desired, however please note that Digital Marketing and VA experience, knowledge and enthusiasm is a must and is the highest priority for the role.


Main Tasks / Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management:Create engaging content for Instagram, including carousels, posts, infographics, and reels.
  • Repurpose existing content and eventually generate new content.
  • Craft compelling captions in the founder's voice.
  • Content Creation and Newsletter:Develop bi-weekly blog and newsletter content.
  • Edit, enhance, and organize provided content.
  • Utilize MailerLite and SquareSpace for content presentation.
  • Website Management:Establish an online shop on SquareSpace.
  • Conduct regular website maintenance and updates.

Skill preferences (not required, but would be a PLUS):

  • Familiarity with Practice Better for clinic management.
  • Copywriting for marketing experience or education. Specifically, newsletters, captions, blogs etc.
  • Familiarity with setting up and maintaining Squarespace websites for small business. Bonus if this includes an online store

Budget and Hours

  • $7 per hour, 10 hours per week
  • Flexible Philippine Time with check-in meetings weekly in Greenwich Mean Time (UK).
