We're committed to shaping the next generation of credit risk models (PD, LGD, EAD, AVM, , and your role will be key in this. 

Your critical contribution will be a part of our Credit Analytic Transformation Program, a dedicated initiative to redeveloping our credit risk models, scale our data analytics capabilities, and strengthening our credit risk management.

This role offers you an opportunity to combine your writing, communication, and analytical skills, as you'll be involved in setting standards for our credit risk model development, write application in collaboration with model developers, and enhancing our credit risk framework to ensure its transparent, coherent, and meets demands.

In the role your key responsibilities will be:

Interpreting and communicating regulatory requirements on credit risk models, incl. setting the internal standards. Spearheading the application process towards the FSA, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines. Continuously improving the framework and identifying areas for enhancement. Stay informed about internal rating based (IRB) regulatory changes and industry trends, proactively integrating this knowledge into our IRB strategy. Conducting wide range of internal and external communication related to credit risk models.

Collaborative Credit Risk Model Expert and Business Analyst with great communication skills
Given the number of interactions related to this role, we are looking for a colleague who can bring good collaborative and communicative skills. As a person, you are able to think out-of-the-box and are eager to learn and develop new skills. 

We imagine that you possess:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience. Experience in combining business knowledge, regulation and model development skills.  A higher education in quantitative sciences (., economics, mathematics, physics, engineering, statistics or similar). Experience with the credit risk parameters PD, EaD, LGD or AVM, and the related regulatory requirements, is desirable.

Additionally, you have advanced English skills both spoken and written. Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role. 

This position can be located either in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Northern Ireland or Lithuania. If the position is located in Lithuania monthly salary range will be from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
