Customer service, CCTV Operator and Call Handler - Days
Mitie the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company are growing our M&S Security Operations Centre and are looking for people to join us on a permanent basis. You do not need previous experience as full on the job training will be provided, including fully funded CCTV SIA licence. So, if you are an excellent communicator with a great telephone manner and computer knowledge then we want to speak with you
Main Duties
Using CCTV to identify criminal behaviour happening in M&S Stores Supporting M&S store colleagues on the phone Input of security and crime incident data into a central database Providing a high level of customer service to our client
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Excellent communication & customer service skills Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload Committed and motivated Experience of working as part of a team Reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic £28,.85 per annum working 5 days out of 7 with an average of 2 weekends on and 2 weekends offVaried shifts of 8 and 9 hour shifts between the working hours of 8am and 8pmA competitive salaryVery attractive retail discountOvertime opportunitiesTraining, career development & progressionAdditional benefits incl.
