As a CCTV Operator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our clients in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Utilize CCTV systems to identify and respond to security incidents in M&S stores
- Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone and other communication channels
- Input security and incident data into a central database for analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with store colleagues to resolve customer queries and concerns
