CCTV Operations Manager

Job Overview
Mitie, the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company, is seeking a skilled CCTV Supervisor to join our IKEA Security Operations Centre team on a permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise the MITIE/IKEA ISOC team to ensure seamless security operations.
- Report and present to the Account manager and Client on security incidents and CCTV footage.
- Utilize CCTV to identify and prevent criminal behavior within IKEA units.
- Provide exceptional customer service to IKEA Co-workers via phone support.
- Input security and crime incident data into a central database for accurate tracking.
- Collaborate with the MITIE loss prevention team to enhance security measures.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
- Committed and motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
- Experience working as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and enthusiastic team player.
