Are you a motivated and capable Real Estate Solicitor looking for a new opportunity?

Join our market-leading Real Estate Team, where you'll work with top commercial clients, with excellent career prospects and training as part of a top tier commercial real estate practice.

The Opportunity

We are looking for qualified Solicitors with at least three years' qualified experience in real estate law.

Working closely with an outstanding group of Partners, you will advise and support a wide array of clients on the full range of transactional and advisory real estate services, particularly within the commercial real estate sector.

Our clients are institutional investors, listed and private property companies, banks, developers, public sector bodies, corporate occupiers and high net worth individuals. We are also a national leader for wind farm and nuclear energy work.

Responsibilities Building the Culture: Provide exceptional service and engage in cultural initiatives that enhance our workplace at Burges Salmon. Developing our Business: Understand client needs, lead CRM efforts, network, and collaborate for business growth. What you'll need Relevant experience working on commercial real estate transactions Be a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively Be self-motivated and willing to learn Experience of leading others to develop their skills and knowledge. Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer Benefits
