The firm:

They are well known for their work across a wide range of banking and finance services including ethical and sustainable investment, FinTech, insurance and re-insurance and secured lending. On the Real Estate side, they have recently started doing more project work in emerging markets in addition to the full range of commercial property matters.

The private client team acts for some of the world’s wealthiest families and individuals with substantial assets across the globe. Therefore, the work they do is very interesting and covers niche areas including IP, art and equine matters.

The role:

Outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Real Estate Development Associate 2-5 years PQE with the drive and ambition to be part of a leading practice in Bristol.

This highly regarded Residential Development team is looking to welcome an additional Associate into their ranks. They have a diverse client base of regional and national house builders, residential developers and landowners - including providers of affordable housing, student accommodation and retirement housing – making for an interesting diet of work.

They are seeking someone who has prior experience acting for developers and landowners with acquisitions and disposals of residential property and affordable housing, as well as a wide range of matters linked to development work such as overage arrangements, title due diligence, conditional contracts, easements and tenancies.

The team cultivates close working relationships with their clients so that their support is embedded into the development process. Therefore, this position would suit an individual who likes to be hands-on with clients to provide proactive support.
