Vacancy Description: Legal Secretary - Family Department
Location: Stockport
Hours: 9.00 am to 5.15 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience.

We have a vacancy for a Legal Secretary to work in our very busy Family Department at our Stockport Office.
Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team is provided.

Job role

Working within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:
* Providing full secretarial assistance to a solicitor
* Some audio typing but ability to work under instruction an advantage
* Arranging appointments and meetings
* Telephone contact with clients and outside agencies
* Diary management
* Database work

Skills Required
* Experience in family law at secretarial level
* Excellent typing ability
* Excellent IT skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail (accuracy essential)
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work well within a team
* Friendly and professional manner
