Accounts Receivables Analyst ¦ Central ¦ Contract Full time

This is a contract role for 12 months.

A key position in Receivables, business partnering to provide data intelligence to the team, and other departments within the business as required, to enable key performance indicators (KPI) to be monitored regularly and goals achieved. Support all integrations such as MRI, Salesforce and Oracle systems. Maintain data, reconciliations and ensure data is regularly cleansed. Manage service now incident tickets and problem solve. Strong ability in Excel, able to use and create lookups and pivots. Being able to prioritise and adapt accordingly as work load increases and priorities change. Strong communication skills and ability to appreciate the urgency and speed in which the team are working, taking a calm and helpful approach in supporting with good data and problem solving as a real team player.

This role is hybrid and you will be required to work onsite at Bicester Village a minimum of 1 day a week. Please note during your training period you will be working onsite full-time.

What you will be doing

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:

Owning Receivables data intelligence and integrity associated with departmental annual objectives / KPI measurement and achievement Support creation and supply of the reports that enable KPI management with an eye on accuracy, ease of use and continuous improvement. Own and produce reports for period end closures understanding and articulating the trends and performance of Receivables Maintain up to date system procedure and process documentation on processes owned. Retain data integrity between systems with regular reconciliation / data ownership.
