Job Description

We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team at Dundonald Links in Irvine, Ayrshire. Hourly rate of £11.44

This is a permanent position to work part time hours. This will be 30 hours across variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.

Typical shift times will be 5am - 11am however flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

Due to the shift start time a driving licence would be desirable to enable ease of commuting to the resort.

About The Role

Main responsibilities:

The successful Housekeeper will

·      Clean the restaurant, gents and ladies locker rooms, foyer, reception, gym and other guest and staff areas.

·      Follow correct procedures in the event of an emergency.

·      Deal with any issues in a professional manner always.

·      Assist with cleaning rooms/lodges after the Clubhouse duties are complete.

·      Prompt reporting of lost and found property to the reception.

Requirements:

Similar previous experience is an advantage. A positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills is desirable. A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort.
