About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Housekeeper to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our residential care homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the housekeeping team to maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of cleaning services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH and infection control procedures
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and considerate attitude towards residents and colleagues
