Kedleston Hall is a neo-classical show-palace that also houses a significant Asian collection of over 1,000 objects in a dedicated museum. What you'll be doing

Working in a small team, you’ll work with two other Collections Assistants along with two Collections and House Officers to ensure that the preventive conservation plans are carried out to a high standard, supervising a team of Collection and Conservation Volunteers to make it happen. You’ll support with day to day Hall operations and help to ensure presentation standards remain consistently high.

You’ll support with delivering engaging ‘Conservation in Action’ to enrich the visitor experience and contribute ideas for social media engagement.

This is a practical hands-on role based at Kedleston Hall, working across 7-days and doing 1 in 3 weekends.
