We are recruiting for Female Support Workers for full-time (36 hour) or part-time (24 hour) roles to support 4 individuals who live in their own homes in the Penilee (G52) area of Glasgow

Here, we support individuals to live the best lives possible by providing support with whatever they need. They are very active in their community and enjoy a wide range of activities including going to shows, watching ice hockey, going out in the car, walks, going to the cinema, spending time with family and doing arts and crafts.

Your main goal will be to provide the right support so they can be as independent as possible and are supported to make their own choices. 

Day shifts are between 7am - 7pm or 8am - 8pm and both roles will require flexibility to work some weekends. We are looking for a highly reliable and motivated colleague who is passionate and eager to learn our routines and preferences.
Our staff team needs to be patient and understanding of our needs and behaviours. Always acting in a person-centred way and offering personalised support. As we have a house vehicle, the successful applicant must hold a UK driving license. Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a female colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act Your values:
