With a magical play loft and adventurous outdoor spaces, Willow Tree is a much-loved nursery school in Clacton-on-Sea.

We are looking for passionate and engaging Early Years Educators (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner), who are looking for the flexibility of working shifts around their existing commitments.

You’ll be providing cover as and when needed by the Nursery for periods of holiday, sickness, and supporting with vacancy gaps. This could be full day, morning or afternoon sessions.

As an Early Years Educator, you will encourage a love of learning through high quality teaching. You will ensure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences and work in partnership with the existing educator team to create an inspiring working environment and to ensure the successful running of the nursery.

About you:

Level 2 or 3 qualification within early years preferred, however unqualified Educators will also be considered if you can demonstrate the necessary values and enthusiasm for working within this environmentExperience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or having worked with children under the age of 5, is advantageousKnowledge and understanding of the EYFS is desirableReflecting the Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together


What we can offer you:
Rates of pay:
From £11.50 -£13.28 – qualified Educators – dependent on qualifications and experience.
From £6.40 - £11.44 – unqualified Educators – as per NMW rate and demonstrable skills and experience.
