Responsibilities

Creativity:

  • Delivercreativity that Creates Belief meeting JDOs high standardsofcreative excellence
  • Cooperate and participateas a member of the team allowing yourselfto be both challenged andinspired as the team strives for thebestsolution
  • Bring original thinking to thetable concepts that show your thoroughunderstanding of thebrief
  • Present your work internally with clarityand confidence and be able torelate your design solution directlyto the challenges of brief
  • Value constructivecriticism and be open to feedback that strengthensyourwork
  • Be organised and diligent applyingmeticulous attention to detail to allthat youdo

WorkEthic:

  • Show up on timeevery time; to start the day to briefings meetings and your owndevelopment as a designer
  • Be a team playerwilling to do all that you can to contribute to the success of theproject team and agency
  • Effectively prioritiseand manage your own projects to meetdeadlines
  • Be proactive signalling when/if yourefree
  • Be a collaborator with a peripheral visionof the wider agency and how you fit intoit

Curiosity:

  • Stayahead of trends and what happening in the design world sharing yourintelligence with the JDO team

Initial industry experience as an internor junior designer
