How we will help
We are offering a seconded route into your return to practice with the NMC in all four of our hospital sites in Oxfordshire. Working as a Band 3 Maternity Support Worker you will refresh your skills and confidence looking after patients, supported by our teams. Whilst you are on the programme you will work as a student nurse or midwife, with the support of a Practice Assessor. On successful completion of the programme and return of your NMC PIN, you will convert to a Band 5 preceptee midwife. From here you can expect a preceptorship period as you build your career in the direction you want to go in.
