We are seeking A-Players to join our team of high-performance marketers. Our mission is to be the UK’s most renowned TikTok marketing agency and we want you to be a part of this journey.
The Creative Strategist is not only the bridge between the client and the agency, but also an integral link between our internal teams to deliver the exceptional work we produce. You will be responsible for ensuring the agency is meeting (and exceeding) the client’s expectations and ensuring the wider team is on track to provide continued growth for our clients on TikTok.
You will reach across all key functions that go into creating our agency’s output; from initial ideation, creative briefing, Creator communications right through to final delivery. You are a continuous problem solver, managing internal and external communications, and driving projects to completion.
We are a fully remote team and so self-motivation, excellent communication is essential to instil trust within the agency.
Working alongside our Tiktok marketing team, your focus will be around coming up with creative user-generated content ideas for the multitude of brands we work with. You will play a central role in helping manage micro-influencer relationships and help drive brand partnerships with creators on the platform. You will also be a key player in helping lead brand development across our client's Tiktok accounts.
We are looking for a confident and organised creative who can inject their passion and knowledge of Tiktok and marketing into our young team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- In-depth Creative Strategy: Building performance driven creative strategies for D2C brands on TikTok.
- Analysing performance data such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, TSR and Hold-Rate to drive creative optimisation and reporting.
- UGC Management - You will be responsible for ensuring we deliver UGC Tiktok content consistently for each client account. You will be the main point of contact for clients’ creative needs, ensuring all creative KPIs are met and managed. You will be working closely with Tiktok creators to ensure the UGC content created is of a high and commercially viable quality. Strong organisation and consistency in updating our creator spreadsheets is imperative.
- Influencer management: You will lead the hunt to help create partnerships with brands and creators. This will include finding creators who are authentic to each brand, managing creator relationships, ensuring UGC content is delivered on time, and also negotiating terms in line with our budgets.
Creative: Actively contribute and collaborate on the TikTok creative strategy for a multitude of brands. You will not only help lead our internal Tiktok brand development sessions but also will communicate ongoing creative TikTok ideas to each client. - Research: You must consistently be aware of upcoming trends on TikTok and up-to-date with potential new content angles.
Ideal candidates will be able to:
- Manage clients’ expectations with UGC creative - Strong communication of the creative process and ongoing changes to influencer relationships.
- Show exceptional communication skills in order to manage both client and creator relationships to ensure all content that is produced is on brand and in line with briefs.
- Have a deep passion for and understanding of the TikTok platform, the algorithm, emerging and existing trends, and what brings success for brands on the platform.
- Ensuring we are hitting monthly UGC deliverables for each client account.
- Have a deep understanding of the difference between a piece of organic creative designed to get views, and a piece of UGC that needs to drive conversions.
- Be confident in leading content and creative strategy across TikTok organic and paid.
Manage creator spreadsheets effectively, keeping them organised and consistently updated. - Implement best practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Understands clients’ business and the KPIs.
- An understanding of how to effectively feedback creators to develop and improve their UGC creative.
Who Is This For…
