Job Title: Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a highly creative and innovative Social Media Strategist to join our team at Lucy Lawson Creative Recruitment Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and a knack for developing creative strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ideation: Develop innovative concepts for social media campaigns based on platform insights and trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Paid Social teams to oversee the creative development process from concept to delivery.
  • Social Success: Execute social-first digital campaigns with influencers and content creators, developing relationships to exceed campaign expectations.
  • Analysis: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future strategies based on data.
  • Innovation: Continuously seek ways to enhance creative processes and outputs, experimenting with new ad formats and approaches.
Requirements:
  • Design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with motion design experience a plus.
  • Strong copywriting skills and excellent communication skills to sell concepts to internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to push creative boundaries and think outside the box.
