Primary Teacher

Step Teachers are collaborating with a Primary school in March who is currently seeking a Year 3 Teacher on a supply basis, to provide a secure and pleasant learning environment in which everyone is encouraged and inspired to attain their full potential. The Year 3 Teacher will work with a group of well-behaved and passionate Primary level students. The Year 3 Teacher should be enthusiastic and eager to interact with their kids, adding to the school's courteous, pleasant, and safe educational environment. The successful incumbent is expected to start immediately.
Year 3 Teacher - Role:
- Able to deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.
- The Year 3 Teacher should be able to maintain a well-organised classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment.
- Work effectively with other members of staff throughout the school.
- Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- The Year 3 Teacher should be compliant with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these.
Year 3 Teacher - Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
- Have recent experience as a Year 3 Teacher.
- Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management.
