Primary School Teacher

Step Teachers is collaborating with a reputable Primary school in March who is currently seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher on a supply basis. The ideal candidate will provide a secure and pleasant learning environment where students can thrive and reach their full potential. The Year 3 Teacher will work with a group of well-behaved and enthusiastic Primary level students, promoting a courteous, pleasant, and safe educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons that cater to the needs of students.
- Maintain a well-organised classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of staff throughout the school.
- Assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Implement school policies and procedures in a reliable and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
- Have recent experience as a Year 3 Teacher.
- Exhibit a good level of classroom and behaviour management.
