We are a 16,000+ patient practice with 5 GP partners working from a purpose-built building. We are part of Nexus MK PCN which covers 5 practices and approximately 55,000 patients.

A good knowledge of computers is essential as you will be required to use the GP surgery clinical system which is SystmOne on a daily basis. You must be a good communicator, able to work on your own initiative and be part of a flexible team. Experience of working within the NHS or within healthcare is preferable. Familiar with local resources and services, including how to access them; Motivated by helping people, with care and empathy; Able to deliver person-centred support in a non-judgmental way; Experience of completing holistic person-centred care planning assessments.
