Why be a CRM Manager at THG?

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager who wants to come in and take the lead in this newly created role, as we look to significantly grow our core EU markets. The CRM Manager (LOOKFANTASTIC EU) will be responsible for delivering the CRM strategy for the EU markets to align with country maturity and business growth ambitions.

As a CRM Manager, you'll:

Develop monthly CRM plans (email and push app) that align with the overarching LOOKFANTASTIC CRM strategy; meeting commercial targets whilst delivering an optimal customer experience.Create and optimise workflows and automated emails to enhance the overall customer experience and drive an increase in customer retention.Lead Test & Learn initiatives in your markets: Planning, implementation & reporting of a regular testing framework across each CRM channel, aligned to overall strategy.Identify touchpoints for improvement and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, retention and lifetime value.Contribute regularly to trading meetings and communicate to senior stakeholders to update on the performance of campaigns within CRM channels.Manage, motivate and develop a team to deliver campaigns and communications to meet targets, whilst supporting their personal goals and objectives.

What Skills and Experience Do I Need?

3+ years in a CRM role with some direct line-management experienceGerman, Dutch, Italian or Spanish language skills desirable but not essentialWriting and proof-reading copy for CRM channelsAttention to detailComfortable analysing data and drawing out actionable insightsConfident dealing with senior stakeholdersHighly articulate and confident communicator with strong influencing skillsAbility to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated multi-tasker able to handle multiple projects with good time managementStrong commercial acumen
