JOB PURPOSE

The role of the Apprentice Parts Advisor is to:

è Gain an understanding and knowledge of all aspects of the parts department, throughout a period of introduction.

Parts Manager and Aftersales Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

è Receive, record and bin parts and consumables from manufacturer and other suppliers ensuring accuracy of stock deliveries against agreed orders.

è Identify, locate, invoice and issue parts and consumables to customers and other departments using the computer system.

è Pro-actively source parts.

è Supply accurate and detailed parts quotations to internal departments, retail and trade customers.

è Administer parts invoices ensuring invoiced items are allocated correctly.

è Manage and control all parts administration requirements.

è Maintain standards in line with brand standards requirements.

è Maintain relevant systems always ensuring accuracy.

è Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the business.
