Keyresponsibilities:

Asan Accounts & Outsourcing Senior/Assistant Manager you willplay a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of clients delivering acomprehensive range of accounting and outsourcing services. Youwill be responsible for overseeing the preparation of financialstatements managing bookkeeping tasks providing insightfulfinancial advice and ensuring compliance with relevant accountingstandards and regulations. This role requires a proactive approachstrong technical skills and the ability to build and maintainclientrelationships.


  • Manageand oversee a portfolio of clients ensuring the delivery ofhighquality accounting and outsourcingservices.
  • Prepareand review financial statements management accounts and yearendaccounts for a diverse range ofclients.
  • Conductbookkeeping and VAT return preparation ensuring compliance withstatutoryrequirements.
  • Provideclients with detailed financial analysis and insights to supporttheir businessdecisions.
  • Overseeand support the work of junior team members providing training andmentorship asneeded.
  • Liaisewith clients to understand their needs and provide tailoredsolutions to meet theirrequirements.
  • Ensurecompliance with relevant accounting standards tax regulations andcompanypolicies.
  • Assistin the development and implementation of new processes and systemsto improve efficiency and servicedelivery.
  • Maintainuptodate knowledge of industry trends and developments ensuring thefirm remains at the forefront of the accountingprofession.


Requirements
  • ACA/ACCAqualified or partqualified with a strong background in accountingandoutsourcing.
  • Provenexperience in a similar role within a firm of charteredaccountants.
  • Excellenttechnical accounting skills and a thorough understanding ofaccounting principles andregulations.
  • Stronganalytical skills and the ability to interpret and present complexfinancialdata.
  • Proficientin accounting software such as Xero QuickBooks Sage and MicrosoftExcel.
  • Exceptionalorganizational and time management skills with the ability tomanage multiple tasks anddeadlines.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildand maintain clientrelationships.
  • Aproactive and selfmotivated approach with a commitment todelivering outstanding clientservice.
  • Experiencein managing and mentoring junior staffmembers.
