GT Car Build Technician

We are looking for a GT Car Build Technician to join our growing motorsport team building a variety of GT3 and GT4 customer cars for international competition.
Key responsibilities
Keep to a strict build schedule to maintain timely delivery of GT3 & GT4 cars. Complete each build to the high standard of safety, quality and reliability that is expected, complying with our build manuals and SSOW processes. Identify areas where efficiency could be improved from a lean manufacturing perspective. Problem solve and diagnose faults with minimal supervision. Raise and address quality issues through the Workshop Supervisor. Ensure all car documentation and sign off process is kept up to date. Provide customer event support when required.Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience building Race, Rally or Prototype cars within a Motorsport or Automotive background. As well as being highly organised with good interpersonal skills, you will be able to work in a high-pressure environment as part of a close-knit team. You will have knowledge of metal work fabrication, composite trimming and bonding, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
