Who we are seeking

We are now recruiting for a Graduate Design Draughtsperson to join our Design department at The Technology Centre in Poole.

Working on a two year training contract, you will assist in the design and development of projects new and existing, from modelling components through to producing fully resolved drawings to be issued to production.

To continue to achieve the highest standards of the Sunseeker Brand, Sunseeker holds the Graduate Scheme in high regard with the goal of discovering our future leaders and Design experts.

Our ideal candidate

  • Demonstrates IT skills in 3D CAD and Microsoft Office
  • Is an ambitious and self-reliant Graduate with excellent organisational skills
  • Displays a positive mind-set and a proactive attitude with a high level of self-motivation to deliver excellence
  • Will be able to work on projects as part of a small and focused team as well as issuing design information to tight deadlines
  • Holds a minimum of 2:2 B Eng (Honours degree) OR M Eng in Marine Engineering or equivalent Marine Qualification
