This is a great opportunity touse your skills in a team that works hard to achieve the bestoutcomes for their clients. This is a key role with lots ofresponsibility and your tasks willinclude:

  • Regular liaison with lendersand providers to obtain updates on applicantstatus.
  • Proactively progress mortgage andprotection applications through tocompletion.
  • Submission of mortgage andprotection applications.
  • Research and sourcingof mortgage products.
  • Supporting and workingclosely with the financial planners and other teammembers.
  • Managing client documentation andrecommendation reports.
  • Processing financialtransactions within SLA.
  • Keep up to date withFCA regulations and internal policies andprocedures.
  • Arranging client meetings andappointments.
  • Manage and maintain client datawithin the backoffice system.
  • Effectivelycommunicate with clients and thirdparty service providers in aprofessional and timely manner.
  • Prepareaccurate and timely documentation for clientmeetings.
  • Operate as prime point of contact forpotential and existing clientbase.

Skillsrequired

We are looking forsomeone with the following skills.

  • Atleast one years mortgage administrationexperience.
  • A proactive attitude and awillingness to learn.
  • Highlyorganised.
  • Passionate about attention todetail.
  • Enjoy dealing with people from allwalks oflife.
