We have a 12-month fixed-term/secondment opportunity for a Team Manager to lead a motivated and hardworking CAMHS Neurodevelopmental Service.
The role involves leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team consisting of psychologists, family therapists, nurses and CAMHS practitioners. Our team works with young people with neurodevelopmental needs and co-morbid mental health difficulties. We also have a learning disability pathway and complete diagnostic assessments of ASD and ADHD. There is the opportunity to discuss how some direct clinical work (up to 20% of the role) could be incorporated into the post if you come from a clinical background. There are plenty of training opportunities available, including a 6 month Compassionate Manager programme.
If you are interested, please get in touch to discuss the role further.

Work in partnership with clinical and pathway leads, the Service Manager and other senior staff to establish effective multi-disciplinary working within the team and the wider CAMH Service.
Liaise with a range of stakeholders including commissioners (where appropriate).
