We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team and help us achieve the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care and supervise staff.
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain and update Care Plans in collaboration with service users and healthcare professionals.
Administer prescribed medications and oversee the health care needs of service users.
Promote a positive and safe environment within the Care Centre.
Skills and Qualifications:

1st level nurse (nursing) or NVQ level 3 (residential).
Previous management or supervisory experience.
Strong team player with effective communication skills.
Genuine interest in working with the service user group.
Ability to work independently and handle emergencies.
Desired:

Experience or qualification in care for the relevant service user category.
