Are you passionate about transforming the lives of students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Protocol Education is on the lookout for resilient and dedicated Behavioural Support Mentors to join a dynamic SEMH school in Rotherham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to students with extreme challenging behaviors.
  • Assist students in crisis, offering emotional support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Encourage and motivate students to actively engage in their education.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supporting students with SEMH needs.
  • Resilient attitude to handle extreme challenging behaviors.
  • Genuine passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic situations.
  • DBS on the update service is advantageous.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
