In this pivotal leadershiprole you will be responsiblefor:

  • Inspiring and motivating a team oftalented English teachers to deliver exceptional learningexperiences.
  • Championing innovative teachingmethods and fostering a culture of continuous professionaldevelopment within the department.
  • Monitoringstudent progress analyzing data and implementing strategies toensure consistently high academicoutcomes.
  • Leading on departmental initiativesand liaising effectively with other departments within theschool.
