We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Support Officer to join theteam at Healthshare Clinic Norwich. The post-holder will be responsible for providing support to the operational and clinical staff in the processing of requisitions to enable clinical activity to continue smoothly, with a target of eliminating waste and over ordering. The ideal candidate will be passionate in delivering a great service and finding the best value products to ensure spending stays on track and within budget.

Main duties of the job:

Providing support to the operational and clinical staff in the processing of requisitions to enable clinical activity to continue smoothly, with a target of eliminating waste and over ordering. Gathering and providing meaningful data, reports and analysis of spend and contract data. Monitoring stock levels and order as required. Holding productive meetings with key team members to ensure all consumables and equipment arrive in a timely manner. Suggesting innovative solutions to current areas of development and existing processes. Ensuring stock rotation and expired products are correctly disposed and logged. Control of asset register and procurement of new equipment for clinic.
