McCann Demand is a rapidly growing business within the McCann network. And we’re looking for a brilliant Mid-weight Creative Team (Art Director & Copywriter dynamic duo) with experience of social and digital campaigns to grow with us.

Who we are.

McCann Demand is an integrated agency and the London-based arm of McCann Central, the UK’s largest integrated agency, with over 550 individuals working together to help brands play a meaningful role in people’s lives.

Requirements

What you’ll do.

Right now, we are looking for a Mid-weight creative team, based in our London office. It’s an energetic environment, where you’ll need a cool head and a sharp eye. We are looking for idea-first thinkers. Able to apply that thinking across all media, including social, digital, TV, OOH, press, print, and PR. Working closely with our strategy team to create stand-out creative work.

Not only do we want exemplary thinkers, we also love an eye for detail. We want a team who love the craft of creativity. In copywriting, art direction and design.

We get it. You love working with each other, which is why you are a team. However, as we are a very collaborative agency you might have to work as individuals when required. Collaboration also means that we need a team who are happy to present their ideas, both internally and to clients.

The world is your oyster. You will be joining a formative creative department, so the opportunity will allow you to grow and be rewarded accordingly. You will also get the opportunity to work as some of our network’s offices both in the UK and across the world.

And the main thing? You’ll be good people to have around.
