We are looking for a strong candidate to serve as the Systems Lead for Partnerships and Resilience, with a specific focus on collaborating with the market to ensure services of high quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the capacity to engage comprehensively with all relevant commissioners, acting as a beacon of advice and expertise on commissioning quality standards, co-production, market shaping and development approaches.

Among various other duties, the postholder will be responsible for leading and enabling the implementation of our approach to commissioning in which the strategic management of partnership and resilience is an essential component.

The postholder will work collaboratively with the market and residents, and with colleagues across the system to implement transformational change through commissioning for outcomes and market oversight and management, including further integration of health, social care, and other forms of support.
