Ourclient is looking for solicitors for their Financial Litigationdepartment. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growingdepartment within their lawfirm.

Reportingto the Head of Financial Litigation you will lead a team ofparalegals dealing with the firm’s increasing volumes ofBusiness Energy Housing Disrepair and SIPPS cases as well asgeneral civil litigation disputes. Both this department and lawfirm are ambitious and innovative and continue to expandexponentially.

We arelooking for a candidate who will be confident in supporting thesenior solicitor as required as well as the ability to take aleadership role in the department. Excellent attention to detail isrequired in addition to the ability to manage a range ofpriorities.

Thisrole is fulltime onsite in their Financial Litigation Office inChanceryLane.

KeyResponsibilities:
·Leading driving training growing a team of paralegals and theircaseload
·Progression your own caseload
·Working collaboratively to achieve team and departmentalgoals
·Demonstrating excellent drafting and advocacyskills
·Managing relationships with external counsel and other keystakeholders
·Driving the growth of the department through innovation
·Rainmaking: bringing in your own caseload & clients forcivilmatters

Thesuccessful candidate willhave:
3yearsPQE
teamleadingexperience
acommercialmindset
strongorganisationalskills
outstanding verbal and written English and superb interpersonalskills
significant litigation experience and technical knowledge ideallyin general commercial and consumer law but particularly in consumercreditlaw.
